I want you to know Marikla because she is incredibly talented and kind. A graphic designer and a fantastic photographer, Marikla creates things of beauty and has a unique talent for bringing out the beauty in others. 

She also tells a mean ghost story, and I especially appreciate it when she warns me about when the scary parts are coming up. She is empathetic and encouraging and has embraced every one of my anxiety-riddled DMs, whether about a pilates class or walking Churro, with open arms and an open mind. I’m delighted each time I discover another thing Marikla and I have in common, and I’m thrilled to give you all the opportunity to get to know this wonderful human.
