One of the most beautiful beings, inside and out, I want you to know Shania because she has been one of my primary examples of what it means to see and value another person exactly as they are. Shania has a special ability to make sure every person in her presence not only feels welcomed but celebrated, not only included but elevated. It's a truly powerful quality of her friendship and I am so grateful to have experienced it firsthand.
